The four numbers at the top

Home sums up the grants on your Grants page. Pick a client in the Client menu to see just theirs.

• Due this week: grants you're still applying for whose deadline is in the next 7 days. If any deadline has already passed, it says how many are overdue, in red.
• In progress: grants that are Applying, Submitted or Under Review.
• Win rate: Awarded grants out of all decided grants (Awarded plus Declined). It shows a dash until something is decided.
• Awarded: the dollars awarded, out of the dollars you've pursued. Pursued counts every grant except Withdrawn ones.

Dollar totals come from each grant's Amount. A grant with no amount, or one that isn't a dollar figure, is left out, and a note under the tiles says how many.

Due this week

The list on the left shows up to eight grants due soonest, with the deadline and how many days are left. Choose a grant's name to open it. Choose Open Calendar (or View all in Calendar when there are more) for everything coming up.

Only grants in Applying count here. Once you move a grant to Submitted, its deadline is behind you.

Coming up

Under Due this week, Coming up looks further ahead, to the next 30 days: deadlines of grants you're applying for that are 8 to 30 days away, and the milestones you set in a grant's Application section (like a letter of intent or a draft due). Up to six show, soonest first. Choose a grant's name to open it.

Grants by status

The bars on the right count your grants at each stage, from Applying to Awarded, Declined and Withdrawn. Choose Open Grants to work on them.

If Home is empty, you aren't tracking any grants yet. Choose See recommended grants to find some.

Clients

Under the numbers, the Clients panel shows a small summary card for each client: grants in progress, grants awarded (with the amount), recommended grants (federal ones count only once the client's federal grants are on), a bar for how many grant readiness items are ready, and the next deadline (or how many are overdue). Clients with the soonest deadline come first, up to six. Choose a card to go to that client's page, or Open Clients to see them all.
